A teammate said this and it’s exactly how I feel, when an event ends all I feel now is relief that it is over (why am I still playing? Must be crazy right).

Seasons still make no sense. Matchmaking is whack. Outcomes are still a mystery and the rewards seem to always be useless for me. And when bots drag out a series to 7 games just gets to me real bad. Like why????

Wildcards have killed the joy of grinding for me, there was a time where I would get super excited to pull a dude or even a reset, now all I think is how much RP will this sell for? I have found RP to be super easy to make and have never been stuck on needing a WC to dupe anything almost instantly.

AH is a hard one as its added an interesting element to the game but in a lot of ways has also killed some joy out of the game. People can fast track their deck way too quickly and that feel of needing to grind to get a dupe is gone. This sums it up for me when Star tier dropped and I had saved up RP and had 10+ pros on the first day, without the AH this would have taken weeks!

Your probably thinking why are you still playing this game, well it really comes down to the people I have met along the way and the communities I am a part of now due to the game, the social aspect and banter within our team is where all the fun is for me now. However seeing members drop like flies is starting to take its toll and soon I will be one of those flies.

CD PLEASE deliver on the constant hype about 2016 being different with the lurking whispers about “big things” coming sooner rather than later.

I grind RttC, always at least get the first Star card assuming I have the RP to do so, which is almost always. I don't grind RC as much because playing it since MyNBA2k14 kind of burned me out.

I have never reached the star level in RTTC. So I wonder how many RP and star pros do people usually need to go all the way in RTTC?

I've done it with 7 star pros and about 60k in RP. The issue isn't really the RP or Star Pros as much as the fact that it's next to impossible to finish without spending real money on credits so you can buy game nights. Last RTTC was the first RTTC ive finished and the only one I've spent money on so far this year. Probably the first and last time I spend money on an RTTC this year unless it's like MJ or something.

Yes. I had 7 Star Pros and a handful of legendary event pros. Had all my cards charged up with Star and legendary abilities. I was able to win almost 100% of the time. In my quest to Derozan, I probably lost 6-7 times on him.

Thanks bro. One more thing is that I have been seeing people mixing up their decks for RTTC, so that their best cards are spread across the deck. Is that really gonna matter?

hmmm, another international player event card. i wouldnt be surprised if next week we have a Spurs vs xxx RC with Tony Parker as the event card (to cater to Europeans), or Kobe (to cater to asians). i think the biggest spenders in this game are from those continents, based on the super decks that i have seen playing in seasons.

ok... a mystery picture teasing a new event. not getting my hopes up for this one. CD will turn it from a fun fresh way to play the game into a torturous grind, much like what they did with RttC.

yes, you would like to guarantee that at least one star pro will appear during a quarter during RttC. so it is not uncommon to stack them up in one position.

I have 11 star pros, so could +14 all the way through the RTTC. Problem is that I would probably need to spend $20 just to get through the Jason Kidd and I realistically will not finish Dirk (10 year old and 6 month old keep me too busy to play nonstop). I have 60k rp.

I have a single Star Chauncey Billups (need to replace a leg pro PG in my season lineup) and should hit my reset soon.

Should I 1) Drop $20 and 48k rp and go for Chandler and Kidd or 2) just buy packs for wild cards, spend 0 money and try to pro Chauncey and/or my soon to come reset?
