By 'give the RP back' you mean someone could have them for 'free' basically?

If so, then I'm in.

BTW, if 'give the RP back' means what it means, you'd have to buy someone for 72,201 RP for someone to have the money to buy Paul, and 70,331 for Milsap.

I could only do it when I complete my 15k daily goal and he has to go 1st if that's the case (likely).

The only way this could work is by someone borrowing me around 40k RP, since I'll then have the money to buy one of the players, then he could buy back my card, and I could give the money back.
