Yes, there are many historical players in this edition.. one reason might be because of CD's decision not to include players in old jerseys or pre-season media photos and swap them out when season starts like last year... maybe the extra photos cost too much money per insights from Danan's interview..

Preseason starts in a few weeks, so we'll all have to deal with not always knowing who's in our lineup (especially in BTC) for a little bit longer...

I think its worse this year because the app came so early.

Yeah. Last year I was in Leg QG tier first day. Spent one season in Epic tier. Soon as it ended, Leg tier for seasons from that point on.

I just got to UR++ so the drop rate hasn't changed much yet... at the very least, it makes it more exciting... though it also can be frustrating at times not being able to pro every card right away.. love the new "choices" element!

Right there with you. I keep seeing you from time to time in QG. Gaining RP for that third ur pro is a hard slog without those old 15k and 20k goals. Getting close to the final 24hr count down for a free pro. I'm gonna try my luck with a btc recipe in the hope I can get an epic for that free pro.

I currently don't have those at the moment but regarding tier requirements 2k16 and 2k17 are pretty much the same. If you still have RP in your old account you can try your QG lineups there

i think mainly because there arent any significant changes to the game. its mainly a re-skin... new artwork for cards, etc. but some images (like in the support cards) are still the same.

the main changes that i see are no wild cards (at least through picks and packs... im thinking there will be wild cards as rewards in RC events), and you need credits ($) to list cards on the AH.
