What's the most useful strategies you've found so far? I won my first two challenges last night, but struggled a bit more today. Is it better to try not to win every round, so that your cards won't take the heavy stat hit etc?

I try to win 1st round. Then I do not recharge for round 2 and 3. I still try to do good in them and due to having Star++ deck I can find match-ups that I can win games. That puts me in either 1 of first 4 spots for that round. Round 4 if I don't like my cards i lose 4 games purposely so all my cards get changed and round 5 I go all out and win the BTC. I won like 7-8 and lost only my first 1.

Also, can you cash in on Ultimate creator only once a month or as often as you like?

Blacktop Challenge

No one has point out the elephant in the room, which is there is little to no chance you could cash in on the ultimate recipe with the enhancement requirements. You'd have to spend tons of money or get extremely lucky to get 4 rare Reb enhancements.

I've been saving my enhancements for months and I only have 1 so far.

You'd to spend at least 120 hours (30/week) on BT alone for a 17% chance on a "super" Star card, and by the time April rolls around PO tier is around the corner, which would easily trump any reward you just received.

You are right! They had to make enhancements auctionable at least until epic. They did not think about it at all.

One more thing 120+ hours of gameplay for CHANCE?

Maybe the payment method has to be changed at the Catdaddy: They wont have guaranteed payment at all, they only will have a 17% chance to have double payment, or nothing!!

I could do it, but if I work for something more than 100 hrs I want to be SURE!

I try to win the first one and then stay in the top 3 for the rest of the rounds. I won 3 out of 4 with this strategy so far. The one game I came in 2nd was because the app crapped out on me and I had to reopen it and rejoin mid round.

The only good thing about this is all the picks. I won my first 3 and placed 2nd in another. That's about 2 hours of work and I got over 400 picks.

But the likelihood of a useful reward is so low for how much time you have to put in. I doubt I will even waste my time trying to get those stars. When I have time I will just do a round or two for the picks.

Oh you thought CD would offer out a new mode without any cash grabbing schemes huh?

Let's say if you have a 1/20 chance at that enhancement, you'd have to have 80 picks over the course of the month to pull all the required enhancements, so that's probably 4k-5k credits spending (after taking out the daily picks) just on enhancements!

So I just wanted to point this out to you guys before you spend 5+ hrs a day on this mode on a 17% chance, unless you plan to spend quite a bit as well.

I am all for a new mode, but the effort/spending vs the probability makes no sense at all.

Sorry I keep saying 17%, but lords know how many team of the day players you have to feed in to even get to it.

I know I'm a bit negative this morning but reality is I like the concept of this mode. But the "playability" would be a lot higher if the chances are tripled or quadrupled at each level - 7.5-10% at Super, and 1/2 or 2/3 chance at Ultimate.

Once again, the negative ramifications of WCs and guaranteed pros shows itself.

Point values would be lower and/or we may have guaranteed rewards if not for the fact that each star pulled is a likely automatic pro.

But even with the high point requirements and terrible odds, there will players that have 3-5 of Blacktop PO pros just a couple weeks after BT PO rewards are introduced. People will stockpile BRP for the next couple months and try their luck when the time comes.
