This is what happened:

With only a few minutes left of the last rttc I buy 200 credits, because I need 2 more points to finish Michael Jordan. I win the game but i received 0 points for the win. Afterwards I get 8 draft picks for my win. That means that I won but yet I did not receive Michael Jordan, which I rightfully earned. On the game nights screen it appears I still need two more points, but if you look at our team points it shows that I have enough points to get Michael Jordan and I even have two points more than required.

After this happened I send a complaint in the in game feedback, which I haven't received any reply from. Therefore I sent a private message to NWGamedad here on operationsports, no answer either. Therefore I created a twitter account, because I knew it was possible to message gamedad on twitter, which I did and he responded I should contact them via the in game feedback. Afterwards I messaged him several more times and provided evidence that I earned Michael Jordan, which he haven't responded to.

Have any of you guys experienced the same thing? How would I deal with this situation to get my Michael Jordan which I did earn!?

Once again this thread is not to try to mock the game or the anyone associated with catdaddy, I just really want my card that I earned.

This is what happened to me the first star RTTC. I finished the last game at +10 but didn't get the points toward the boss card because clock expired before then. I assume the same happened in your case. I sent multiple complaints through in game feedback but no response.

I learned my lesson and now I don't wait till the final seconds to close out card. Finish at least 15 minutes early if you can, you don't wanna let any last minute mishaps take away your whole weekend of grinding.

Wow, is that really how they handle complaints from paying costumers? I admire you had the motivation to still play after that.

I had this happen during the All-Star RTTC with Legendary foil Al Horford. I finished the last game needed and received the points but apparently time had already expired while I was playing. I was really upset for a few days but here I am still playing...

Someone on my last team did this. Played their final game and while playing the time expired and they got 0points. This would have given them the rttc card. Support has always been case by case, and may handle yours differently. But they said they will not give you the card. There's a time limit for a reason. If you don't finish in time, that's not their responsibility to then credit you the card anyways.

Well, I would say that as long as you are able to start a game you should of course also be granted the point that you obtain from the game that you won. But thank you for your response anyways

And they will tell you that is dead wrong. I saw the response, that's not how it works unfortunately.

Unfortunately, cdogg is correct. This is the way RTTC and RC has always worked. Only games completed before the events end are counted.

Good luck though. CD can be full of surprises so it's worth a shot.
