Man, I am amazed with the capabilities of the PC version there are no associations to download. Seriously? That sucks...

Guys have done it with very limited capabilities on the 360 so I am surprised with everything available on the PC that there aren't any.

Come on, someone is bound to have an idea of what to do. How are all of you guys doing it? I know there are tons of simulation junkies on this board. So it is all well and good we can download an updated roster with rookies, new trades, etc. but what are you doing for association? Just playing with 2012 roster in a 2011 association?

Please help. I am feeling like I wasted my money buying the PC version...

Yup, it's Tie_shen's shoes, which are a vast improvement over the "stock" shoes. If you haven't checked out his other shoes, he makes loads of them, do so. They're top-notch as well.

Photomod is basically just an ENB series mod, aimed at tuning saturation, color hue, allows changing of the color pallete, etcetera... A Superglobal is the global.iff file that can have many things within, from accessories, to different body textures, the TNT or ESPN scoreboard and replays, and much much more. The globals also contain the Shadowmod data for improved shadows.

A Superglobal is the global.iff file and sometimes the gooey_global.iff file.
A Photomod will have some, or all, of the following files: enbseries.ini, enbseries.fx, enbpalette.bmp, effect.txt, and d3d9.dll.*

*The files in bold you will always see for Photomod.

Ok. I don't know what 90% of that means, but I get the idea.

Can't wait until Tuesday when my beast of a laptop will arive.

I just purchased a new hdtv b/c Friday my Samsung tv starting smoking while still playing! Anyways, I was wondering if there is an usb external video HDMI adapter that would allow me to use my current notebook to play this game since the video card cannot be updated. My notebook meets all specs except the video card...and is running windows 7I have the 360 but just wanted to try these mods on the pc!

Yeah, and a USB external video HDMI adapter wouldn't help you play NBA 2k. You need an actual videocard. That will do nothing but allow it to display on your TV. If your card isn't powerful enough to run the game, then you're out of luck really.

Of course they never actually direct the config file to the palette which makes it useless if you don't do it yourself.
