    Specs/Settings/Screenshots/Performance

I'm starting this thread for everyone that has the game on PC to post their specs, what graphics settings they're using for their own preferred experience, some screenshots at those settings, and what performance they get while they're playing (through the Benchmark or whatever other means).

I promise to do the same as soon as I have the game.

It looks like crap on pc. No shaders! I dont care if it can be modded or not. The game looks bad when u cant see the moving shadows on the jerseys

is is not worth it on the PC version. Just get the xbox 360 version and enjoy the shaders and good online play

You must be unaware of PC's huge modding community. Before you know it, NBA 2K12 on the PC will blow the X360 version out of the water.

Why would play at 1440X900 with a GTX580?

Actually its the same as the console version. The shadowing effect is not present on the PS3 as well. Also your logic is flawed why go for something more expensive when the PC version is half the price.

It's the native resolution of my monitor. I could force it to a higher one, I know.

Still for me this is a MAJOR letdown. but as I have no Next-gen console I will have to bite the bullet.

It also seems as if the online low quality graphics bug is back.
                  I just don't get it

Also, can we get comparative screens from the XBOX360 version?

Got it. Best performance I've ever had out of NBA 2k on PC. Gonna have to try and bump up the AA to 4 and max crowd. I read BS' specs and I've got a pretty good rig. If he can max out, I should be able to, also. As is, perfect framerate, great detail. Gonna run FRAPS and see what I can capture and how much I'm pushing for framerate. Guessing about 75-80 right now. Just glad I do have to jury rig the .ini. files to make it run smooth. Yeah, PC finally got some love!

Running the game with all settings on High, with AA on 4, getting 85 FPS.

Too bad the old time audio is not working for the PC and PS3. I was playing Bill Russell era on the 360 and the commentary had that old school audio static sound to it.

                          Alright, here we go:

AMD Phenom II X6 1100T (3.3 Ghz, no OC)
AMD HD Radeon 6850 1 GB
                          8 GB RAM

All settings maxed, including VSync and 8x AA

The in game benchmark kept me consistently around 105 fps, and the game is gorgeous.

My GPU is acting up for some damn reason; anyways here are my specs.

                            Core i7 2630QM
                            GeForce GT 555M 1GB
                            6 GB Ram

As soon as I can get my system up and running correctly I will post some screens.
