Greg Stiemsma is headless and has white arms in my game.

How do I fix this? I downloaded the rookie arm fix but it didn't work.

    Is there a new one?

I had a similar problem when I first started using Alby's roster as I just copied over the roster file into my saves folder. I noticed that some players were headless and had white arms. So I copied over all the .png files Alby included for extra players into the main NBA 2k12 folder and that seemed to correct the issue. So I believe you just need to download a cyberface file for Stiemsma and that should correct the issue. Hopefully that helps.

The only noticeable difference I see are the leg thickness. Arms, torso and chest look practically the same to me.

" The slimmer legs are in global 276, 312, 476, 868 so you can extract them from the Chinese global and put them into your own "

I extracted those 4 and imported them into the global.iff (newest after patch) but it seems like they do more than just making the legs thinner. The player's hands and arms are longer and thinner too. I just wanted the thinner legs. Would anyone know just which resources need to be changed to just get slimmer legs alone? any explanations and advice are welcome. Thanks in advance.

PS. I wish I knew how to contact kenwyc from nba live forums. he made a NBA 2K12 Legs Patches V5.0 which just has the thinner legs, but hasn't updated it with the new 2sports patched global.iff.... If anyone knows Kenwyc, please let me know...

Thought some of you guys might have a use for this mod.

So made this for myself, replacing the basic people you see in all the games. It replaces the gamedataextra .iff, so your globals are unaffected.

All or most of the generic commentators have been replaced with the real life ones. Note: that the game chooses who appears randomly so you might have four reggie millers (you can only see him not hear him fortunately).
Commentatators : Mike breen, Marv Albert, David Alridge, Bill Walton, Reggie Miller, Jeff Van Gundy, Mike Fratello, Steve Kerrrrr.

The zombie butterface cheerleaders have been modded, with more hotter real women.
You can take a guess who i replaced them with.

And ofcoarse, when you encounter the always consistent/reliable third quater meltdown with calls that never go your way. You'll have someone to blame this time.
The three headed monster of refs, Joey Crawford, Dan Crawford and Dick Bavetta ( couldn't make him more corpse like ) .

Make a backup file before you install this.
Dump this in the main nba 2k folder where your nba 2k .exe is.

Load it up and if it crashes then its just a coincidence.

            Download link=> http://www.mediafire.com/?0xh5ftnjn16claf

And please comment if you have any suggestions or something you'd change or add. Or if this will be used by you.

Hey Jowe, could you give me the numbers for the commentators? I would like to export them.
Bobcats win 35th game. Some really weird news in the NBA. A betting scandal is revealed! But... that is not the strangest news!

Just some pics of my team that I'm working on. I decided to move the Charlotte Bobcats to Louisville, KY, to play in the new state of the art arena, the KFC Yum! Center. I wanted to move them to Frankfort, midway between Louisville and Lexington, but couldn't find a suitable arena, so they'll split their games between the Yum Center and Rupp, ha.

Some floor shots and arena shots. The floor coloring will be changed when I can get some help w/ hex editing the colors of it.
