2k11 mods to 2k12?

How hard would it be to simply port over the College Hoops mod from 2k11 to 12? I know a group is working on a new mod but would it be possible at all to pull the last one over?

Most of the textures from the Global and and Gamedate files can be transfered directly. 2k11 Faces can be converted to 2k12 format too.

Modtool and any 3D program (3DS Max/ Blender) to make any small adjustments to the ported 3D head shape and face in 2k12 format.

Many of BBmylove's faces for 2K12 are a good example of directly importing a 2K11 face model to 2k12 format...Allen Iverson, Blake Griffin, Chris Paul, Ron Artest are direct ports from urh28's original 2k11 faces.
