Problem with in-bounds passing on PC

Whenever I try to pass the ball in after a made basket, they always roll it up the court. Typically, when I get one of my players to pick up the ball, it's as if their dribble is gone.. they simply pivot around. Can someone help me figure out why I can't make a normal in-bounds pass?

I also have a second question. When I go to shoot, more often than not the player will dribble in a few steps first. Why can't I simply shoot from the position my player is at?

You must have a broken button. Seems like the game thinks the "LT" button is stuck, whatever that equates out to on the PC.

Hmm... could be... I'll try a different controller.

You have any other input devices plugged into you computer? Sometimes my flight stick causes things like this to happen if it's plugged in.

No. All I have connected are the keyboard, mouse, and gamepad.

For whatever reason, I got it to work in practice mode, so I began trying every other mode, and it worked. I turned on Total Control passing, so maybe that changed something.

Try to setup your gamepad controls again.
