Anyone playing the PC and console versions?

I don't know what it is...but I just cannot get into the Xbox version of 2K12 this season. I've tried everyone's sliders, rosters, the works. I just end up quitting mid game in frustration.

Yet, for whatever reason, I am really enjoying the PC version. It just feels fresher with all the mods and the heavily edited rosters just play better IMO.

Visually there's no real comparison...I've played both back to back with my laptop hooked up to my TV and the PC version on high res just blows the console version away. With all the mods and one of the latest globals, it just looks great and flows awesomely.

Gameplay wise they should be the same though...but, whether it's the edits or the engine, I just enjoy the PC version a whole lot more this season.

Anyone playing both? If so, what's your thoughts?

Gameplay is the surprising thing...I just like the PC version more.

The mods = so much better than the 2K Art updates (see below)

I play my association on PC and I play my boys online for xbox 360. Let's just say i haven't been playing online much lately. The PC version does spoil the console version for me too.

    Great comparison picks.

Only thing I like more about the pc version is the mods, but IMO gameplay on 360 is much much better due to momentum that each players have, pc version seems to be missing momentum and all of version seen to have to me is updated animations and postgame, so I play on both console, More on pc because mods, but when friends are over, Xbox until I get sick of looking at horrible faces in the game

PC version has way less sliding...so I don't mind the lessened momentum.

The PC version kind of feels like NBA 2K11.5...which is a good thing in many ways.

it might just be a matter of preference.. 2k12 on console version just plays smoother, but then that can also be due to it being patched on consoles, so don't really know i guess, but i think the sliding can be fixed with sliders, i use sliders created by a guy on foreign forums (baballs), plays really good, i see less sliding as mentions and get realistic stats, played the other day with timber wolves vs. heat, kevin love had 38pts, 16rebs, 6 assist, while lebron did great as well, had 41pts, 9rebs, 8 assist, 3 blocks/ wade had 28pts, 7 assists, 8 rebs, 4blocks!

I cant seem to get into the PC version as much as I would like, I think its because I like to play online and the PC version is not quite as bad as the console version in that respect.
I do like the fact that when I play the pc version I never get any framerate slowdown playing from the 2k camera angle as opposed to 360, it doesnt happen alot on 360 but it does happen.

i've played on my bro's 360 a couple of times and i don't know if it's just that i'm used to my pc gamepad but the game is so much more responsive on the pc.

I agree with the NBA 2k11.5 comment - the game seems to have a better flow on the PC than the XBOX, IMO.
