How to dunk in my player (PC)

Hi guyz,

Im playing nba2k12 on the PC.
So Im in my second season of my player.
Got dunk: 85 Vert: 80, I even bought a Dunk pakkage.

I just cannot seem to dunk, even when my player runs to the basket and no-one is around, he just simply lay's it up.

Its a 6"6 PG.
What are the buttons I should use to perform a dunk?
Or what are the buttons on ps3 so i maybe can check to adjust it to PC.

Turbo and right stick up in any direction.

It seems that the game is hell-bent on forcing you to make a half-assed layup attempt rather than go up strong with a dunk or even a more forceful layup attempt. There need to be a "go up strong" tendency, attribute, slider or better layup in traffic animations or something.

Yea i figured but thats the problem because at the PC you cant move an analog up

Okay, I figured out its my player, because when practising with kevin durant or lebron james or w/a I can dunk.

So what should i do?

My stats:

Shot inside 80
Shot close 80
Shot medium 80
Shot 3pt 93
Dunk: 77
Vert: 80

And got the dunk package from w.Jackson.

im 6"6.

Any advice?

Try to raise your shoot in traffic.. its cheap and may help you increase your dunk frequency. Shoot in traffic is a MUST for people who prefers shooting inside and also increase your vertical to 99.

timing is everything for dunks. alot of the time when you actually shoot and try to dunk your too far in and youll just get a layup animation. basically if you have a step and your inside the free throw line you need to go for the dunk ASAP.

dunk package definitely matters aswell as certain dunks trigger from certain situations and area's of the floor. also speed/quickness/strength are super import making it much easier for you to a get the step and b be able to finish through contact.

STRENGTH IS HUGE. if you arent strong enough even if you start a dunk animation if you get enough contact it'll change it to a layup as you dont have enough momentum to get to the rim for the dunk.

'Nique's package is a very good package. nastiest power dunker of all time and his package this year echos it.

What is your dunk tendency at? If its too low, you wont dunk regardless if ratings.
