The ESPN scoreboard mod works pretty well. Only issues I see are no team colors and the word 'sample' that pops up.

Any arena and floor mods you had installed in 2K12, you can just copy-paste over to 2K13, so you may want to add this note to the top post.

Also, CFs and Jerseys are very easy to convert this year, since the Chinese 3DM Mod Tool works in exporting/importing textures already. An update to the regular Mod Tool will make things easier (or a translation of the 3DM one :P).

I just converted BBMYLOVES Lebron without beard from 2k12 to 2k13 using the chinese mod tool on Modding Way. You just have to use "like" headshapes. Very simple.

This is HUGE.

I downloaded the chinese 3dm tool, but i don't know how to use it. The tutorials on the nlsc website is difficult to follow. What were the steps that you took to convert 2k12 cyberfaces into 2k13?

OK, sorry to be this guy, but I'm going to have to....

How do I use these mods? What folders do I put it in? etc. I'm sure there is a simple set of instructions somewhere, but I can't seem to find it...

Any .iff files you download can be just put in your game installation folder, replacing the old files. If you're worried about replacing files, use JSGME, which should help you keep automatic backups of every mod you install.

I'm going to check this out this afternoon if work stays slow...It sounds easy, but most of the time when things sound easy to me, they don't end up that way. (when it comes to computer software that is).
