Can you start to simulate a game and then intervene and play?

The answer to this question might decide whether I pick up this game or not (at least in the near future).

In Association Mode (or whatever it is called) can you, for example, simulate 3 quarters of a game and then play the 4th?

I havent tried association yet in 2K13 but as far as I can remember, it did not exist in previous versions of the game, and I havent heard anybody mention the addition of this feature for this year.

I was a big fan of intervene play back in the Live series on PS2, made those 82 game seasons a breeze to play through.

I use it a lot in the NHL series.

Can anyone confirm if you can or not in 2k13?

No I don't think it's in the game. However it would be a great feature if you think about it. I always liked that about the NHL games.

No, you can't intervene a simulation to play out the remainder of the game with NBA2K13 (PC). I looked for a way to do this last night. I do believe you could do this in a previous version - don't remember which year it was.

Not the answer I was hoping for.

            Thanks though!
