Once the game hits the DDs (if it ever does), you should see a rise in online opponents, thus it'll become easier to be matched against someone. I've played a Quick Game (took about 2 minutes but found someone) and an OA game thus far.

hei, Maybe u right m8.. but so far me and my friend left quick match searching 4 10 min straight and nothing... 2k have added some fake info if u start quick match always telling me 4 potential matches found thats not truth...

team up worked for me and my friend found each other almost at once and we got lucky 2 dudes joined and game started...

If you want to play a friend, create a private Online Association, give him the name and password so he can join, and you can skip straight to the matchup between your two teams. It takes a minute to set-up, but it's better than waiting a random amount of minutes and hoping you connect to each other.
