Nba 2k13 PC crash after putting in serial number

I need help ASAP. After I installed the game on my pc I started the game up. It asked me to put my date of birth in and then it sent me to the screen where I have to put my user name serial number, password and email address I . Once I finish and agree to the terms of service and push start, it crashes and goes back to my desktop. Now the only way I can get it to work is if I put a date of birth in like 1/1/12. It won't let me go online tho. I need help ASAP. Thanx

Did you modify the game in any way, install any mods, maybe used a modified EXE?

If not, contact 2K support at http://support.2k.com.

I guess its because it aint can access tru your firewall or something try all that offline...and look if it happens again...also turn of your firewall when open the Game ...would maybe help. This year you can install and play nba2k13 just on a single computer ...the online account also is locked 2 the computer you installed it 2...so maybe on last chance you have a windows registry problem and it maybe got messed up because of 2 many instalation tries....
