2K13 gameplay stuttering and screen tearing

I occasionally experience stuttering and screen tearing in game. I have gtx 580 and consistently gets 120 fps. I already turned vsync off in game and set it to adaptive in the nvidia control panel and also turned on triple buffering. Any suggestion guys? Thanks!

    1) Turn on vsync ingame.
    2) Turn off AA ingame.
    3) Place the latest SweetFx inside the game folder.

This way ingame AA will be bypassed by SweetFx's FXAA injector making the game more beautifull in terms of gfx and your stuttering caused by the game's AA option will be totally gone.

There is something funny with using vsync and AA together in game. I would agree with the above poster. You can also try enabling vsync in your GPU software, for me it doesn't cause stuttering as long as I don't use the in game vsync.

Fxaa is a great option for AA with this game. For me as long as I enable AA in my GPU software its smooth. Just don't use the in game AA vsync.

If VSync causes your framerate to drop too much, you can always force Triple Buffering via D3DOverrider. Don't know if it's compatible with SweetFX though.
