adding players into my 2k13 roster????

Ok, i have a serious question and i hope it can be done. Well i have come to the conclusion that NO roster file from any modder seems to fit for my stlye of gaming. Something just never feels right with each file that i download.....

Ok so i have this one roster file that i love to use, it fits my way of playing so perfectly, and the only problem that i have is that im missing players from the file. My question.....

1. Is there anyway that i can somehow grab players from one roster file & drag them over to another roster file????

like for instance i dont have rasheed wallace on my roster file, can i somehow bring him or drag him over from a more updated file into mine???

is this a modding tool issue that i need to learn in order to do this??

OK i got this feedback on what im trying to do...but im not sure what this means and how to approach doing this with my game. Heres what he told me

"in the roster you love create a new player named rasheed wallace

take sheed's ratings and such from the newer roster, and copy/paste him over that CAP"


can anyone tell me how to do this exactly? How do i copy & paste the player model to my file mainly?
