Should play it just fine without any problems. That graphics card is low end but nba 2k13 is so easy to run at max settings.

Hahaha I have HD4870 and still running 2K13 at max settings... With all kinds of mod installed.

Awesome frame rate too. You got nothing to worry about! This and PES2013 are the only games I can do at max... Everything else this year had to be played at medium but not this game
