Pretty sure you're not missing anything. The PC version is half-assed by 2K every year. Honestly, I just bought it because it was $18 and it will give me time to get used to the controls for the PS4 version.

I read in a review (Kotaku, I think?) that they were removed as mini games and are only available in Association on the 360/PS3. Hopefully it's the same for PC (at least for PC gamers it would actually be a step up from the nothing we got in that department last year).

The files for the dunk contest are there so guess it's only association.
