universal base roster for 2k14?

I am a HUGE fan of retro basketball and when 2k12 ubr was created, it became a monster, so I was just wondering do you think someone will create a UBR for 2k14 on the PC someday?

Second off, Ultimate Base Roster.

Lastly, maybe, it really depends on what we can do. RED MC is due by the end of November/December, while I don't believe we can get it right away, it's without a doubt possible.

I apologize I meant to say ultimate. I feel so stupid for saying universal smh. Got to keep praying cause that would really be awesome if 2K14 PC will have a UBR mod.
