Well my first game at th United Centre was ok but now I'm at Knicks arena and its a stuttery mess. I'm having hitches of 1-2 seconds.

Oh and I have an i54670k at 4.4 and a gtx780 so well above the recommended specs. I think I'll wait for driver updates but this port reeks of poor testing.

I have a gtx780ti and had a bunch of micro stuttering problems even at low settings + set to 30FPS, but EVERYTHING was fixed as soon as I switched to FULL SCREEN WINDOW mode in the 2K15 Video Settings menu (not FULL SCREEN, and not WINDOW). Now I have the highest settings across the board, and the supersampling, and everything is running perfectly smooth. I was going to give up and open my PS4 NBAK2K15 before I stumbled on that!

Yep tried that and it made zero difference. Frustrating, I really just want it to work out of the box. Too much to ask I guess.

Do you have a 120+ Hz monitor?

I do, and this seemed to help gameplay smoothness, but only the Run as Admin thing made my cutscenes low framerates go away.

I'm very frustrated with NBA 2k15 PC. I have a Geforce 750m and 16gb of ram and can't seem to play even at 800 x 600 or 1280 x 800 with all setting at low and special effects off with 1 setting for anti-aliasing.


They frame rates are low or the players are either black or graphics glitches appear that make the players green.


I have updated drivers, checked my DirectX installation and have run Steam as an administrator. Nothing works.




I really don't know what to do. I wish they has kept the PC last gen at this point. At least I could have played something.


Anybody have the same problem or have any ideas? Thanks.

It seems that only people with integrated cards get these errors...

Somebody fixed his by forcing nab 2k15 to use nvidia in there nvidia control panel or something

It works for some but not others, this will have to be patched it looks like

Also in pictures you can see that in park mode the game works fine, in a real game its either these weird trip colors or they looked like they are wrapped in saran wrap

I've had no issues with the game at all. I'm running an Intel I five 4690 process and a GTX 970. I am having an issue with NBA today though. It's only showing October 6 not today October 10.is there anyone else having the same issue? Everything else works fine.

Is it just me or are there no stat overlays? Often the announcers will say something like "Lets check out how he ranked in this stat last year", but nothing shows up... is this a known bug or what?

I don't know if it's a bug, or if they just are not there and never edited the audio.

As for gameplay, I am noticing a ridiculous amount of shots made when guards drive to the basket. They can be smothered and blanketed by a bigman to the basket and just seemingly never have a problem hitting about 90% of their layups or shots. While on the other end I cannot do similar. The problem come in myplayer where you cannot edit sliders to fix the issue.

Yeah I've had the same issue. The ref even waits for the stat overlay that isn't there to go away before giving the ball to the inbound passer.

Has anyone had issues with the game crashing if you try to start an online league using a *custom roster*?

It worked for a brief period on the first day of release, but haven't been able to successfully create an online league using a custom roster since then. It just causes the game to crash after choosing your roster. If I don't use a custom roster, it works fine.

I don't have that issue but try forcing them baseline

What does your POE look like?

What big men are you talking about and what guards?

switch up your defensive options

Turning off AA fixed the stutter for me but obviously the game doesn't look great. I'm right at around 60% gpu usage so I have plenty of power left but for some reason downsampling won't work.

Also I do still get the occasional 1-2 freeze where the sound cuts out.

So far I'm a little disappointed, seems that the gameplay is ok but like others have said the tv presentation has taken a step back. What happened to the cool half time show from last gen? And yep stat overlays are MIA.
