If anyone is familiar with utp1985's Portrait File, this is a continuation of that portrait file made compatible with the Universal Cyberface ID List. All mods that comply with the Universal Cyberface ID List will be compatible with this project. I used utp1985's smiling portraits as a base, all credits go to him.
This is also THE Portrait Project for PBA 2K14 and the next update for FIBA 2K14 by the FIBA 2K Team
