    Nvidia GTX 970

Is anyone else running the GTX 970/980? The game runs very smooth on this card and I love it so far. Just seeing what your impressions are if you are running either of these two cards.

I'm on a 780 and its maxed at 1440p and locked at 60. It wasn't that way at launch though, this game was a stuttery mess until it was patched properly. Zero complaints now.

780 + 4790K + 1440p locked at 60fps with SweetFx is a dream. Game is very smooth now.

I just purchased the 970, and I have everything set high and rarely seeing lag. Just the occasional stuttering, but I'm loving it.

You should be fine, with medium to high settings. I was running this bad boy on a very old AMD PHENOM processor and a GTX 750 Ti, and was getting 55-60fps. It would stutter at times when players would bring the ball up court, but didn't last long. If I disabled the sound, the game was stutter-free.

I just built s new rig in anticipation of 2K16, and Witcher 3.

                    850W PS4
                    1TB HDD
                    NZXT S340 Mid - Tower
                    Cooler Master Hyper T2

I've been running both NBA/WWE 2K15 at max settings and the system doesn't even blink.

I don't think so, man. That GT 520 is looking at bare minimum settings if it can even run a stable 60 fps at all. The game isn't demanding at all but that gpu is very weak, weaker than the latest Intel iGPUs even.

                        Complete noob question...but here goes.

If i were to purchase one of these cards, where do you install it?
also, Does it have to be compatible with my computer?

I had some trouble running the demo of 2k15, even though my computer is new with alot of memory. I wound up not purchasing the full version thinking my cpu could'nt run it, or needed an upgrade.

Any feedback would be great. Thanks

The GTX980 has like 5x the Power of as PS4, obviously the Game will run 100% smooth on 1440p.

1440p max settings no problems whatsoever.

I'm also a computer idiot but I know the answer to this so I'll try to answer it complete lames terms for you. As far as my knowledge goes you can't buy and install a graphics card into a laptop. I'm not sure if you can put a graphics card into a manufacture built desktop but I know you can on a custom built PC. I technically built a custom PC but in all actuality I just invited some smart people over to build it while I watch. You instal the graphics card into the motherboard. If you want I can link you a video and a time stamp that explains this better. It's actually quite simple
