NBA 2K15 (PC) | Different speed for different hours

It also happens to you that the Nba 2K15 go to different speeds at different hours?
That happens to me in the early morning and around evening that Nba 2K15 is more smooth, fast and playable, while in the afternoon the speed decreases and there is some lag, making it less enjoyable. How is it possibible?

From what does it depend? It's the internet connection?

What modes are you playing? Are you online or offline? What are your specs? What do you mean by slower and faster? Like choppy frame rates or stutter frame rates?

I have the exact ,same problem.The funny thing is ,it works like clockwork.Morning is super smooth,afternoon i get a slow down and during the night(after midnight) gameplay is superfast.

One day i had to pull an allnighter and during playing late at night/early morning i noticed that at some point gameplay went from fast to super smooth. I look at the clock and it's 6 am sharp lol.

And to think that i have a timezone difference of 12 hours from PST where the 2k servers are located, so it shouldn't be a servers issue(mostly play myleague).
