So what options do we have? If we both played on separate PCs/accounts, can we do quick matches vs each other that way? Would it be laggy like other online games i play vs others, or does it use peer to peer and should be fine?
Is playing over a network possible any in any recent nba2k?

Is playing over a network possible any in any recent nba2k?
I like to play vs my brother in nba2k15 on the same PC. The problem is that we can see each others plays and it ruins trying to play any kind of sim basketball. We can turn the play displays off but it is hard to remember the blue activation spots you need to run over in order to advance the plays.

You can play games against anyone on your friends list, so yes you can play against your brother on separate PC's. Via an online connection. I'm not sure if you can do it over a local network as well. I'd be inclined to say no on the local network but someone please chime in if you can.
