NBA 2K16: No POTG or Halftime Highlights on PC?

It seems no matter what I do I don't get any player highlights.
Not at halftime, no Player of the Game HL and no individual HL in the Box Score screen.

It doesn't matter if I set the quarter length to 12min or 2min. Seems to be the same bug the PS4 players are suffering when setting too long quarters.

    Anyone else experiencing this issue?

    My specs:

    Win7 64bit
    i7 4790K
    GTX 970
    8GB RAM

Played a full exhibition game, 12 min quarters yesterday, got the halftime show with highlights, player of the the game with highlights and highlights for every player to choose after the game.

      Problem solved!

The realtime protection of my antivirus software seems to block the recording feature.
I added an exception to my Steam folder and everything is working fine now.

I'm using Avast Free Antivir. When adding an exception I can simply tick the box right next to the folder and then all subfolders and files are added automatically.

I did a quick google search and it looks like this isn't possible with McAfee unfortunately.
Maybe you could try to set McAfee to Gaming Mode while playing?

Hmm....my highlights aren't completely blocked, but there is a black screen in the first few seconds they're supposed to be playing. Guess I could try disabling Norton to see what happens. Thanks for the suggestion.

Do you go into settings > active protection > and then files to do it ?

Were you using Avast too or some other antivirus? This might be the cause for some other issues we've been seeing.

I had the same problem, so i disabled my antivirus and it worked.
                      My highlights are now showing.
But the problem is, it shows partial or incomplete highlights.
It never shows any made baskets, just players running around or players reacting after a made basket.

I have disabled all my antivirus programs already, so i really don't know whats the problem. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!!

We're looking into making sure the replay tape is limited to 60FPS for the future, but this might help some of you for now.

thanks! it totally worked. The highlights became lower than 60 FPS as soon as i turned the Vsync on though.
