all I did was do the vc exploit.. which is their fault for having a buggy *** game and I get banned? Dont punish us because you left such a simple exploit in the game which testing would have seen.(The expolit where you can sim to end and still get vc)

If you weren't cheating you wouldn't have got banned. Also, the game works fine. Maybe it's time to upgrade your system. I thought you didn't go online?

Just got an answer from the support... apparently I used a VC glitch on the 19th october... well weird... because I didn't actually play the game on the 19th and I even have the savefiles to prove it... I was playing Dragon Age Inquisition the whole day... from 12am to 5 am in the morning, went to bed and again from 3pm to 7 pm. So unless some leprechaun used my account...

I guess they only check for VC and if it doesn't add up then you get banned... well the problem is I used the "glitch" hat 2 themselves introduced on the first day or pre-release. I wanted to buy some VC, I bought them, I wasn't charged. I didn't even buy the 200k one but the 75k or 70k one and I still have those VC lying around... they can have it back if they want or I'm willing to pay for it as I would have done in the first place. Banning me for that is just stupid.

^^ Your usage of CE is obvious and blatant (as someone who can see all of your logs, I am the authority).

Take the year off to consider your actions moving forward in future iterations of NBA 2K. We want you playing the game with everyone else.

Tell you what if you bugfix your game, stop exploiting your customers (yes having to pay for every ****ing item in the game is exploiting your customers), have a decent MyCareer mode and not some rubbish with a fancy name on it and fix the legacy issues in the game modes... maybe I will actually invest another couple of bucks in a new interation.

As it is I actually should have glitched 2 Mio VC, bought 2.000 MyTeam packs and run around with a player the size of a steamboat with arms as wide as football field and stats at 99 just for the hell of it because that is apparently what it takes to make you guys get off your behinds and do something. 4 weeks and the game isn't patched, a whole year of guys cheating on NBA 2k15 for which... oh yeah I also paid through my nose like loads of other guys and now you guys come out and pretend to be the saviours and actually give a **** about the community?

Sorry but the only reason you did it is because of $$$. VC is money in your pocket and if people glitch it you lose out. If my use of CE was so blatant as you claim why does my support ticket not say: You blatantly used CE to do this and that? And how is it that I apparently did this on a day on which I didn't even play the game. It says I glitched VC. How on earth did I glitch VC? Show me the logs that confirm that I illegally and maliciously received VC for which I did not pay or which I did not earn. I conceided that I participated in one glitch which most people did right at the beginning of the release when you didn't have to pay for VC because apparently you guys had problems with your servers. Other than that I did not receive any VC other than the ones I earned through games. So I dare you to prove to me that I glitched for VC when I didn't.

Btw. do you really think talking to me like I'm a toddler or in pre-school and telling me that I might get to play the game again next year if you allow it and I spend another 50 bucks on it is enticing? Tell you what I do that if you refund me my money for the game, you guys seem to have plenty of it, and for that I even close down the reddit thread and we go our seperate ways and I will just go back to 2k15 and continue with my Celtics Dynasty.

I'll just have add one more edit: Why don't you let us supposed cheaters just cheat against each other? Open a server for everyone who got banned and let us play against each other there

I was obviously curious because this was the same guy that was using the Steph Curry skin from my previous post and videos. I assumed he received a ban due to his low rating. I decided to look at his new characters position. I thought this was a glitch, but I watched his game. He was moving way too fast for a 7' center, just like he was in the other games. It looks like they are able to edit their stats during the game now. Here are some more screen shots and video of him changing his attributes during game.

Out of curiosity, can anyone actually point to the section of the TOS that changing local memory on your own computer violates?

Full disclosure: I have used CE to get VC. I don't play online, I just play MyCareer (technically online but only because the offline version is so neutered). Never set foot in any online park or whatever. Honestly I don't agree MC is a quality mode starting so low OVR and preferred to start at 78OVR or so, like any other normal 1st overall pick in the league. Should I have bought VC? perhaps. But I think it's pretty exploitative to be honest; charging more just to get the mode playing to what I consider to be an acceptable level. Micro transactions shouldn't bring a game up to a level of play-ability it was already at in years past, before the proliferation of micro transactions.

So, should I expect the ban hammer? My hacking has not disadvantaged a single NBA2K user, and I don't plan for it to.

I'm not overly familiar but I'm assuming it probably wouldn't have been enough.

VC isn't a genuine currency. There isn't a limited supply of it. It can pop out of thin air and not affect its value. I was not going to buy VC, I would have simply not played MC and probably 2K at all to be honest. MC in 16 is, in my opinion, just not playable out-of-the-box. The mode is not designed for the way I want to play it. So I found a way to play it how I want. This is keeping me interested and probably in play for buying 2K17 etc.

Hacking isn't all sorted yet. Today played vs squad with 55 ovr pg who was running around crazy fast (99 speed for sure,running faster than normal 5'10 full athletic pg's) and making contested shots insanely high accuracy as well.

Fake low ovr cheaters seems to be new meta now.
