    Anyone have Problems w/ VC?

I am unable to purchase VC. It lets me select the amount but then it just stays there on "Purchasing". I have filled out a work order with 2k regarding this but they keep blaming it on my PC and send me generic responds from robots.

This is what I have done...
-Uninstalled Steam and NBA 2k16 3 times with Verify the game
-Took my computer over to 2 friends houses(different networks) and still getting the same thing
-Installed Steam and NBA2k16 on 2 friends computers(who don't have steam accounts or 2k)
-Reset my router, DMZ setup and connected straight to modem

Seeing if anyone have had this problem. Its kinda sad since I only play 3 games lol ..... BF4 on PC, UFC Undisputed 3 on Xbox, and this game on PC. I have bought plenty of VC for NBA 2k15 through Steam and already have bought VC for NBA 2k16 through Steam. Unable to buy since last patch.

The tech support has been really bad. Almost to the point where I am about to say forget it and just switch to NBA Live.

I have sent them screenshots and a video of what it does. Along with network test screenshots but it keeps bouncing back with a same response.

I had kind of the same problem, where I couldn't earn VC with a career file of mine on which I even bought VC to level him up. The Support was and probably still is the worst I've ever encountered, over a 4 week span I had 6 people working on my ticket only providing me with the same lame a** solutions, while I provided them with my savefile, screenshots and videos. To this day I can't earn any VC with that player, they always tell us its a problem on our side but its clearly on theirs, I feel like I know more about the game, the mechanics than them and it isn't even my job. Of course I haven't received any compensation.

Hi, I've had same problem as you, and then I realized that I turned off steam overlay in games. . If you'r not sure, how to active steam overlay:
          • Steam > Settings > In-game tab

          • Check the box next to Enable Steam Community In-Game.

          Hope this helps
