weird problem.

I played the game then quit, saw this then downloaded and copied to waigua, now the game crashes to desktop while the initial game is loading.

anyone else having issues?

edit.... if I delete the global the game loads.

Try this as I had a similar issue.

I accidentally installed 8.24 yesterday first which has a folder in the layers section called 'Shoe Frontend'.
I then overwrite with the new 8.24.1 which doesn't have that folder in the layers folder for global. My game started crashing at launch. I deleted 'Shoe Frontend' from global, now no problems. So if you installed 8.24 before, you may have implemented that folder.

KD 12 Youtube still has some green camo like crocodile texture for me. Also that KD 12 Neon-White, it has a camo texture also like a leopard.

I downloaded the 8.24.1 from the spoiler link which after I read the OP is the link for NBA 2K19 not 2k20. So i'm a dum dum. lol

Downloaded the right one and it works perfectly.

That camo issue happens to me once every couple days and I’ve read it’s a problem with the sync.bin loading textures or something like that. I just close down NBA 2k and restart and it fixes it.

Do you use Looyhs hook tool?

Yep, I've been using Looyh's hook tool. And as a matter of fact, I'm using your Hook Config and your mega pack. It saves me a lot of time. Thanks for that btw, man!

Back to the bug - So far, restarting the game doesn't seem to fix it for me. Anyway, it's not really a big deal for me now especially I know now that it happens to others too.

The sync bin does reset every now and then, and even though I'm using looyh, I still before playing just open sync.bin and check and change all instances of:
shoe_global to xhoe_global.
I never have camo mix up issues.

What is it you are missing? Sean adds all the shoes if you use his file.

I have a custom roster that I use that has ALOT of details and took a lot of time (From ATD Roster). With Sean's latest 8.24.1 update of kicksology, I do not have the new shoes (i.e. Adapt 2.0 or PG 4's) in my roster that I use.

I tried importing the player DNA from a roster that has the new shoes, but that does not work (player has generic shoes when I do that).

I cannot find any other work arounds to try.

If you or anyone knows, it'll help me out a lot

Does this update have red shox like Vince carter used to wear? That is the main reason I downloaded it, even though I’m having issues with it. But if it does have red shox I will try again to download update.
