next gen on ps5 and xsx might have new engine but it will still be limited by 60fps

I rather play current engine at 160fps with my i7 10700k OC to 5.0 and RTX 2080Ti with 64gb or ram at ultra settings 1440p

Why? do your eyes perceive the difference between 60 and 160 fps? Go join the X-men Man!

There’s a huge noticeable difference between 60 and 120. I downloaded nba 2k20 yesterday and played on my rig at 1440p ultra settings and this game is a different compared to the console version.

If you cant see the difference between 60fps and 160fps you have some old eyes

I bet you any kind of money that If I put NBA2k20 on ps4 pro on the tv in the left and nba2k20 pc version on the tv on the right at 1440p ultra settings running at 160fps vs the pro version running at a sub 4k 60fps with mostly under 60fps and cutscenes and replays at 30fps you will see a whole different game. Is not even close

Kinda upset , I just returned to pc after 10 years and have top of the line everything in my PC. Hope I’m not gonna get screwed on sports titles. Built it for flight sim to max it out but still .

It’s a bummer. They aren’t going to mess with console sales for next gen, but I would not put it past them to drop and “new PC version” (probably full price), maybe in the new year.

A game known for micro-transactions doing this should not surprise anyone

The only way to sell gaming console is to make exclusive games for it. Otherwise nobody would buy this stuff.

a Console can't touch a high-end gaming PC on anything.
Madden Xbox and PC 25 (CPU vs CPU), Footbal Mogul 25 (CPU vs CPU), Front Office Football 9 (CPU vs CPU), NBA 2K23 (CPU vs CPU), and several Military and 4X PC simulations.

Purely marketing / catering to consoles.

                        I have this on PC...RTX 3070.

That is ten times more powerful than an XBOX series S.

Yet their marketing says next gen "Takes advantage of power only next gen consoles can deliver"...

                        LOL

Doesn’t matter how powerful it is when their not updating the sports titles for pc. Pc gaming and sports don’t mix what so ever. I only use my pc for flight sim 2020 and cyber punk
