Since Mike Fratello joined the Griz, I assumed they would replace him. And in the vid they showed last night, it sure sounded like Steve Kerr as the new voice. Good choice IMO.

Yeah, I like Steve Kerr on TNT. As long as Live doesn't replace Czar with Bill Walton, I'm happy.

Steve Kerr?? You mean the guy who shot the lights out in the finals behind Jordan? I like the guy but don't think he is a nice voice for commentary. Maybe he'll prove me wrong cause he does have a good respect for the English language. I just can't see him. It's kind of like putting John Stockton in the same shoes. Not like they're the same player, but I never saw verbal as being something that I'd be interested in hearing. Still, it does have potential. Gotta hear this. Was it official or you heard it on a video or saw it on a site?

Umm..he's been doing commentating on TNT for about 2 years now, I think he's actually one of the better ones out there. Good choice EA. Hubie Brown would've been a good choice too IMHO.
