I thought that the player models were OK. Not great,OK. The jump shots need a lot of work. The arc is waaaaay too flat. The player movement was alright. The best looking thing about the whole commercial was the ball. All in all; it wasn't that bad; just a little underwhelming. What's funny is that I thought that this was supposed to be on tomorrow night..?.....

A great product sells itself, no "back of the box" features required! (See Fifa...)
It was alright, nothin special, but it definitely looks better than the current Live. I just found it funny that Radmonovic took the shot at the buzzer.
I agree with the funny shot choice. But the Ray Allen follow slam was pretty slick. I think that was due to Detroits D. And probably to set up the follow. It does look better than this gen's Live. I am still wanting more out of the Player Models, though. EA has a serious problem with making human beings.......

looks awesome. What did you guys want from this game, to actually play a real game. Well you want so get over it. Stop nitpicking about every little detail.
Darn it, I thought it was on tomorrow. This sucks big time. It sounds like the same commercial we see for the next-gen on sites like gametrailer or something. I guess. Still want to see what it looks like....
Official word is that wasn't the supposed "commercial" we're looking for. It's still coming on tonight at the time the draft is suppose to be on. Check your local listings. It's on ESPN, I think TSN for Canadian. The commercial was suppose to be uploaded to the internet after a it was shown which didn't happen. Plus, on the website, it probably would have shown already. Still looking forward to this one. Hopefully it's something that we haven't seen already....
It airs during the draft pre-show on espn which is 7-7:30ET. I think it will be that same commercial, which is quite impressive. Its part of what I saw at E3, but with commentary added and a few tweeks (the net for one).
We should be able to record it and have it available for download and nbalivenation.com soon after it airs, so if you miss it or just want to check it out again be sure to stop by.
I hate to say it, since I'm normally a pretty optomistic person, but that commercial looked awful. Those graphics looks nothing like next-gen and look as though they could have been done on the Xbox (if EA put time into the graphics). I think we've actually been spoiled by the inclusion of shaders, bump mapping, etc. in current generation games. With the addition of those graphical features, the developers are able to make low polygon models look like super-high polygon models. Just look at a game like Splinter Cell 3, it looks better than some of the next-gen games coming out on the future consoles. I think the inclusion of bump maps and such have really spoiled us to the point where seeing some of these next-gen games aren't even impressive.
you could really tell this was an early copy thought but there was some sick **** on it like seeing the sweat drip down was hott but its a very early copy which is obvious the net animations need work
