    Fast Breaks been fixed/addressed???

    Hello,
Searched but did not locate anything (sorry if it repost). Have the developers or anyone within EA acknowledged the fastbreak bug/problem? Just curious as this hangup has been a gamekiller for me the past few years. Thanks!

Watch the vids and decide for yourself. The fastbreaks do work, but unfortunally they are hard to do because the CPU point guard blocks you off at halfcourt.

I think the bigger fastbreak problem was that players would not usually catch the ball on the run and keep running...they had to stop to catch passes, giving CPu opponents time to catch up, thus ruining the fast break.

The problem with last years live was that the defender would have super human speed to get back on D, other than that the game was pretty solid, hopefully they fix the problem for this years version.

This is pretty much what I am referring to. If this is not fixed again, it will be a continued gamekiller. I just do not see how hard this is to fix.

At least a fastbreak killer. But I agree, how hard is it to fix?!?!

When a guy on the break stops, turns around, squares his shoulders, and catches the ball pretty much leads to a gamekiller for me. It is equivalent to receivers in football not being able to catch on the run.

I've played the PS2 demo and they don't stop like that anymore. It's kinda hard to tell from the baseline angle just how much they do stop, but there seems to be the slightest bit hesitation when they catch on the run. But its a HUGE improvement from last year. If this demo is an early build and they continue to work it out, we should be fine.

as i said before, fastbreak basketball is back. there are plenty of odd man fastbreaks in this yeatrs game...
I am glad I got the Buell- I love riding it, I love the oddball looks I get on the road- I love people asking "What IS that thing?" I love flying into a corner WAY too hot, scared spitless and sure I'll never hold it at this speed- and hearing the bike whisper "Sissy!"...
