    Nate Robinson jump rating...85

    Whoops!!!

He is probably THE most athletic freaks I've had the pleasure to watch in person. That is an injustice! It was amazing and jaw dropping to watch him outrebound people a foot and a half taller than him, let alone watch him posterize or sky over opponents for a two hand putback!!!

I realize it is completely editable, but still dissapointing.

thinks to self - "Damn west coast bias"

the dynasties on live look sweet this year. i think this may be the reason that nba live might win it over 2k.

Only bad thing is Webber lead the league in points. But that would be possible if A.I. is injured. I love Live's dynasty that's the reason I still may buy it. That is one knock I have on 2k is that the dynasty just isn't that good. Hopefully it's fixed but if not it I have Live. And Live is just plain fun to play.

Very, I think if 2k is $30 and this is $40 I might go ahead and pick this up. Being able to change their body type is BIG, and now player development is truely in the gamer's hands. My problem is the game freestyle stick, but thats personal preference (I dont like that the moves are ineffective unless the ankle breaking animation shows up) outside of that Live is looking good.

Jon Robinson is what I call a casual gamer to the fullest. No wonder he plays NBA Live. He obviously either doesn't care about realism or just doesn't know NBA basketball because he has David Lee starting over Sweetney. Also there is no mention of Trevor Ariza even being in his rotation.

2k6 is probably too realistic and complicated for JRob. Eat your heart out with those arcade freestyle moves buddy cuz David Lee and Nate Robinson's sick hops wont cut it in NBA 2k6. Try that crap lineup in 2k6 and you will get schooled. Oh nvm he plays on rookie my fault.

Go ahead and play your 2k6, but I'll take Live.

                  Thanks

What part are you hyped about? If you're talking about the scouting and hiring of staff to do the practicing with your players....that's 2K stuff my friend. CH2K that is.... Only big thing I saw in there that was appealing to me. Player Evolution was a nice little addition also, but that's a graphical thing that I don't want to get into right now. Honestly, Live does have a superior dynasty which I won't deny. I just don't quite like their dynasty mode as much as I thought. Maybe a few more changes and additions could have been added. Just my opinion....

Ironically, EA is more like the "programmed" norm since they were out longer, or so it would seem. I'm just saying from the facts. I like Live definitely. I love 2K definitely. I always get both. Have nothing to prove. Grown a$$ man just speaking my mind. I think that both games will have their shortcomings this year in one way or another. Definitely waiting to see how they all pan out when I get my hands on the controller. Still, if realism is too hard to fathom, we'll just wait until the season begins and see what it looks like compared to what we're playing. I guess that's what you're implying right??

Actually EA was the one that did the scouting stuff first, and I mean for NBA, College games have always had to have scouting because your players can only stay a max 4 years anyways.

it's amazing how every thread about Live turns into a 2k vs. Live debate. Jesus go play the game you like and talk about it on your board. ppl over here like Live so that's what we play. i really don't see how this ign article has anything to do with NBA 2K.

I am 2K player, but Live's player evolution and overall dynasty mode looks really good this year.
