IMO, Live is way more realistic than 2k.

I have no reason to be bias towards Live, and actually do have a few reasons to support 2k games, but Live actually makes me work to score. 2k seems a bit to free-style where you penetarte at will and almost every player can dunk

I've never got why Live got such a hard time from the gamers.

shoe patches, legend patches, alltime team rosters, jersey patches, court patches..... live PC is LEGIT!

Plus you can mess with the DBF file and not have to work for all the "locked" shoes lol.

These guys are CRAZZZZZZy good. EA needs them for everything... and theyd do it for free

Those aren't even that great. You should seem some of nbalive.org's old work for NBA Live 2004. They were just phenomenal.

NBA 2K is more sim than NBA Live. In NBA Live it is a dunk fest with the freestyle. You have it all wrong.

No he doesnt. It's an opinion. I for one think live with slider tweaks is more realistic.

I have to agree, if you really implement sliders into both games, they both actually play about equal in terms of realism in gameplay. Most people who prefer one game though don't take the time to improve the other, playing a game out of the box and saying it sucks isn't really much of an analysis.

                    Yes.

The biggest problem I have with Live is that you cant get up and down the court. When the computer puts on a full court press, its hard to get the ball up the court fast, thus making you have to go into a half court offense.

I dont like the way defense is played where players ice skate accross the court, but it does make the defense much better. In 2k, you penetarte at will. Yet in Live, there's actually times where the computer stops your penetration.

I guess it really depends on what part of the game your talking about in realism, as both have a little of each.

Let me put it this way: 2K is more of a acrade while Live is more of a, ummm, slower paced game for lack of a better word.

That all depends though I have adjusted sliders to stop drives by human players and playing a human player I stop drives to the hop easy so I don't think its that cut and dry but I guess you could be a issue for some.
