I got the game a few days ago and I definately agree.

I'm also completely fine with people stating "the game is the same, etc" and it's a vaild opinion..............only if you've played the final copy.

I read all these very critical posts on Live when the majority of those haven't touched the game except for an unfinished demo.

Get the game, rent it or whatever but give it some time before being critical about something you haven't experienced yet.

At the moment, Admiral and CV's words should be taken as the only legit ones. We've known them for long enough to know what they're like with their Basketball games.

That's all.

Those are the only two people I will listen to at this point, mainly because they have proved they have the game.

Played the final game yet? Nope, didn't think so...

I thought the same from the video's and unlike 2K6 clips where I took the time to explain why I didn't like certain things, I totally dismissed Live. I said it was the same old NBA Live Street, had a chuckle and skipped downloading the next 10 clips and clicking the next 50 screens.

Then it comes out early, I buy it because I can and I am totally shocked. Monk/Court Vision is saying the same things and he has preferred 2K games (and Inside Drive) over Live most years.

I said online private.. Maybe you missed that part?

Sorry but if you're the same battousaiken he lied through his a$$ two years in a row about having 2K early and all that junk then I'll choose to ignore.

It's only out on PC, so take a screenshot to show us... then play the game for more than an hour.

And if you're not that goose, then you're a terrible judge, because things did change. It's amazing what a few changes, along with some superb animation can do to an average game. And while on that, it's amazing what superb animation can do to average models...

I am not the person you talk about. The battousaiken moniker is very popular in Anime circles. That said, calling me a terrible judge exudes "your" ability to judge. Everyone judges games differently, and I went as far as to recommened Live '06 to people that liked '05 AND to people in the fence. But to those that could NOT take this game anymore with its permanent flaws (no, not the fastbreaks and teams being the same, but rather the eternal skating, eternal subpar graphics, and eternal Street gameplay) I could NEVER recommend '06.

I just think you are personally attacking him indirectly (such as calling him immature), and as a result is producing defensiveness in him.

No need to fan me down champ...I'm not exactly the biggest fan of EA Sports / have been a critic of theirs for years actually.

People need to back up comments though...you can't just say "it's the same game" when so may area's are fixed.

I've hammered LIVE 04 and 05...as most guys here know...

If I hammer LIVE06 when they've genuinely fixed things...simply to hammer EA...then that makes me a hypocrite...

Praise where it's due...it's very definitely NOT the same game.
