Tired of having to adjust for EA Sports mistakes

Anybody else getting fed up with EA Sports and the lack of effort on their part to put out playable games? I think it is BS that b/c of the sliders they don't care about making their games playable out of the box. I'm 29 and as I get older, my spare time is becoming more sparse but I still enjoy "playing" video games, not making them. Usually by this time I have played at least 6 seasons in NCAA, a couple in Madden, and enjoying the hell out of Live. But now I've lost my desire. I haven't even finished a season in NCAA, and haven't yet spent the money to buy Madden or Live. I don't know if I will. I can't get motivated to spend hours on a video game to fix things like drop passes, the dynasty sim stats, or rebounding. I miss the good old days of popping a game in and it playing like it should out of the box.

    Just wanted to vent.

I agree. The thing is that they spend so much time on stupid programming like 24/7 but then i can't see a player's stats from 2 years ago.

24/7 wrong game or wrong forum lol and if you want to see a players stats from 2 years ago, type in nba.com and there you go.

I agree with just about everything you have said about EA. I'm tired of their crap and lies. I'm off the EA Sports bandwagon which I have been on for over a decade.

I am tired of not being to play EA Live online cause on default settings with even a SIM player it is unplayable.....

what game are you playing? player stats in stats/central shows this year and last year but you can't see them at the same time. if you look at a player's card you can only see one years stats and then it does not even have FG%.

That's weird, I remember being able to see stats for my players for years past. What system are you playing it on?

Agree re tired of fixing their stuff.

The rebounding is terrible. I put in playmakers sliders and still got 20 ORB with Dampier and was hardly even trying. It's insane...

I can spend hours editing it and *hope* it fixes it...which i doubt as I got 24 ORB with Mark Jackson over the wallaces one game and i'm sure his ORB rating is crap anyway...

                    Or...

I can sell LIVE06 and move on...and enjoy the vastly superior 2K6.

                    That's what I'll be doing
