Team Strategy??

I want to set my defensive setup automatically so I don't have to call the play everytime, so I thought I could go into Playbook>Team Strategy, and change it. But it didn't work. I tested it by putting it on Intentional Foul, and nothing. Does anybody know what changing it there does, or how I set it to, say, 3-2 Trapping so I don't have to call the play everytime down the court?
