    Shot Control...


    what is the difference between having Shot Control on CPU or USER? I think I have an idea but I'm not sure...

    on user, the likelihood of the shot going in depends on the timing of the button release. on cpu, how long the button is held does not affect the likelihood of the shot going in

      Yeah pretty much what goldisheavy said. CPU = ratings effect things more since the comp decides when to release. Human = You decide when you release the shot.

        I like CPU Shot control ON because it as mentioned it brings out ratings better. I like having to depend on a guy's in game ratings as much as possible.

            I disagree. On CPU seting the ratings apply regardless of how bad a shot you take. On User setting, ratings still apply, but you have to take a good shot TOO.

            If you want to get a realistic, regulation 12 minute quarter game, play user settings, and turn the defensive sliders all the way up and the offensive sliders way down.
