Let me get this straight, "Freestyle" is completely gone. I could deal with this if it's gone, but

I hated the Right Thumbstick for free throws in 2K6. This will really make things a pain.

One think i'm confused about is. The control set up they show,shows nothing about any kinda moves at all but yet the latest trailer shows plenty of moves. Something is wrong here.

Oh my goodness, they reconnected the shooting/layup button. I don't see a crossover button either. I'm surely confused as to how this movement will work on the real. I guess they're doing something similar to what 2K did??

I have officially gained mad respect for EA on the real from that article by TeamXBOX. Just how they are really trying to get something going makes me feel real happy for their plan. I'm hoping it gets off nice. I do wonder how everything is going to look. I'm assuming they'll have player introductions??

This is crazy, I think I might get LIVE instead of 2K . I don't know for some reason I just like how LIVE is looking.

I don't get how they keep saying the game has a new engine built from the ground up but from every video they've shown, the gameplay looks identical to previous NBA Live's with players sliding on the court, and unrealistic shooting form animations with the ball zipping out of their hands at the bottom of the jump.

Not even a face button for dribble moves? Am I blind?

No right stick for defensive stances either.

Screw that for a joke. Maybe Live 2008...

Thats is true and to say its not noticable is a joke. I do like some of the player model graphics, but then again thats a glitch, minor problem. But also Jermaine O'neal is not that skinny and alot of the other players aren't either....props to the details they are trying to give, but they have a long way to go.

That has to be a mistake in the article. I dont care if this game is made from the ground up, there is no reason to remove crossovers.

I too think something is amiss in this preview

EA had said that there were 20! camera angles including an Inside "Drive" type cam.

I see what? 4 camera views and no freestyle, no crossover?

Four camera angles PLUS zoom in and out functions I think. Something like that. Technically, that could equal the 20 they were talking about....
