played my first full game tonight......

finally got a chance to play a game after having the game for a week and i must say i enjoyed it immensely. the things wtf and court vision pointed out are true. the spacing (which is something i oddly enough never thought about in video basketball game before) is incredible. the feeling of driving the lane and kicking out to the open shooter just like i see when i watch a geme was very cool. the atmosphere was also great as i played the celts as the knicks in my first game of the season. pierce lit me up for 43 but i know i will get better. i think live just became my game of choice this year. i'm really amped to see what ea will do or next year's game.

Glad you're enjoying it.

It is rough around the edges / plenty of room for improvement...

But I genuninely don't think it's anywhere near as bad as people have made out. It's actually a very nice NBA Sim after PM's changes.

I've been enjoying this game since launch, and really like it there is definite room for improvement. I seem to be playing this more than 2k6 maybe because its more of a change than 2k6

I raised my Free Throws to 55, i think default is 50 and im having more success.

Gilateen, don't focus that much on the stick. Just watch your guy at the stripe. When he brings the ball down to around his ear, then push back up. I started doing that, and I'm sinking around 75-80% of my Ft's now. Granted, there are some times that I go 4-10, or something like that, but generally I shoot pretty well at the line.
