I don't have the pc version but you might want to check out nbaliveforums.com there are plenty of guy's who play with the pc version over there. They even found away to save the playbooks.

I've played the PC version and the 360 version a lot.

PC = better play sets. Finally they put in team specific stuff and screen plays like double back screen, sonic, rip, boston etc. Very nice. The catch and shoot game is finally in.

360 = everything else is better.

Plays aren't as good / lack of guys sprinting behind double screens etc. The plays on the 360 version are identical to LIVE 05.

However...everything else is better. 360 version has none of the sliding that ruins the reg / pc versions...better rebounding...better D...better player models...much better graphics...much better arenas...

It's a much better game.

LIVE on the PC is not bad though IMO.

I play the PC version and enjoy it. You can modify the game in any you see fit add faces courts you name you can add it. The game is not the same visually as the 360 version but it plays as good if not better

I found one MOD on this one site that added the court from the NExt Gen Live as the practice court... and there is also one that modifies the game to look and sound like a TNT broadcast.

I just got the PC version a few days ago.

You're going to want to get a gamepad , I have a saitek P880 and it's good. But you'd want to ge somethign with 4 shoulder triggers on it. Like a p990
Logitech Dual Shock is crap.
Or get a PS2 gamepad adapater


I played live 2005 and hated it. Some reason I really enjoy 2006.

I played live 2005 and hated it. Some reason I really enjoy 2006.

Its a much better game than 2005 IMO especially on PC where the MODs are almost endless.
