When i look around the gamee I see everyone is over the cap by a lot. Whenever I try and trade players all the teams say they are over the cap. What's the deal with this? I see other people making trades adn whatnot. ANy help/advice? Thanks

u have to match the salaries for both teams so that they are atleast 25% within each other. So u cant trade a guy earning $10 mil for a guy earning $1 mil. U have to make it so both sides are offering players that total the same amount. -

actually im not sure. I think u might have to be within 1 or 2 million of the other team in terms of salary. If u are playing on current gen, i think that when u open up the trade screen, there is a note that says something like 25%. Check the trade screen to see what it says.
