I'm almost positive that's Tmac on the cover. That's how he often lowers his shoulder on drives to the basket....

Funny thing to see the 5 years of greatness thing. Why would they say yeah this is when I our games became good. Also there's a Detroit court in the background but definately could be T-Mac becaue of the way the body looks and the name looks out of place with all the other guys like when Vince was chosen nobody expected it.

My vote would go for something different for a change.

Just have like multiple players on the cover or a shot of two teams on the court showing the offense in a set play and the defense reacting.

From all the videos and gameplay of Live 07 it seems like it's going to be T-Mac since he has been in all of them. But I'd wish the cover boy would be Elton Brand. That way EA improves the low post game.
