          I have a few question.

1.Will the a.i. be tuned so teams and players play like real life I mean true team and player tendencies

          2. Will there ever be classic teams and will alltime team players have signature shooting styles i.e. Kareem and the skyhook Iceman and the finger roll. Larry bird;s form on his jumper etc

          Thanks Ea and Steve

#1- When using player lock will the computer take open shots? Last year it was very hit or miss.

Situation One- The computer seldom finished on the break. Usually it would dribble underneath the basket until I pressed the shoot button.

Situation Two- The computer hardly ever took 3's. I could have Kyle Korver in the corner wide open, and he would pass the ball right back to me.

Situation Three- Clock running down, I pass the ball to the computer, it passes the ball right back to me... BBBANNNNNTTTTT! Shot clock violation.

#2 What ever happened to Picking your position pre-game during player profiles? Will that be making a comeback for this version?

              Statistically Speaking...

When looking at season stats I noticed that the no one, even maxed out passing and offensive awareness guys averaged more that 8 assists.

I also noticed that non-scorers such as Bruce Bowen often had 12-15 points a game while known scorers such as Allen Iverson, Dwyane Wade, and Jason Richardson would often times have sub-20 scoring seasons.

Even more interesting was that a point guard with a high offensive rating would dominate the ball with 20+ points and 7-8 assists. While that is understandable with Baron Davis or Allen Iverson, it is really weird to have Amare Stoudemire average 15 points while Steve Nash is averaging 25 per game, or Jason Williams Averaging 19 per game with Dwayne Wade averaging 12-15.

Last, but not least, I noticed that any player put into the small forward position will have a boost in rebounding stats. Many times going from 3 rebounds per game to over 6 or seven per game. Often, my leading rebounder would be my Small forward, and my guards, even with Kevin Garnet playing the 1, would average 5 or fewer rebounds.

Have any, if not all of these issues been addressed for the NBA Live 2007 version?

                Turnover Glitch

Deflections and blocked shots (that go out of bounds) counted as turnovers in NBA live 2006. Will that be corrected in the 2007 Version?

Re: NBA Live 07 Interview Questions

will player tendencies primarily be rating specific instead of position specific.

live 06 [360] sucked because the game was dominated by the swingmen and guards while the only time pf's and C's would score, would be inside with back to basket post moves, regardless of said players ratings. ie nowitzki. would play the same as duncan, in fact. every high scoring pf/C would play the same. and it was a common occurance that these superstar bigs would have single digit scoring games while their role playing swingmen team mates would take 20 shots.
this has to change. as it is completley unrealistic.
just because a player is positioned in the PF/C role, doesnt mean they only look to attack when in the post.
                  please change this horrible flaw.

                  ALSO.
CREATE A TEAM is a must!

Haha, I mentioned the exact same thing, like I expect a guy like that to be putting up Stockton APG numbers, like 14 APG, not 8 APG, especially when they have a good team.

I also noticed the rest of what you said with the PG's scoring too much, some high scorers not scoring. I don't think I've ever been able to get a guy to score 30 PPG or even close to Kobe's 25 PPG.

                    I'll add another question:

Will players get to the line in dynasty? This is also a reason why some of the big scorers lose like 3-4 PPG. No one gets to the line 10+ times a game during a season in the game, the highest guy is like 5 FTA/G, and that's terrible. Guys like Kobe, Pierce, Wade, Iverson, Arenas, Carmelo, Lebron need to be going to the line 9-10 times a game. Guys like Bosh, Carter, Tmac etc 7-8 times a game and so on...

I'll just ask the same question I did for NBA2K7.

Do the Hornets play as the New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets in this year's game, and if so, do they play their home games in the Ford Center in OKC?

                      Thanks again.

Re: NBA Live 07 Interview Questions

Hmm, I all ask the same questions I do every year.

                        1. Created Teams? You know, the more I think about this, the more pathetic it is this isn't in the game since you had it on NBA LIVE 95 and 96, when there was less space on cartridges.

                        2. National Teams, Like the USA, France, Brazil and Argentina?

                        3. The World Basketball Championships?

                        4. Well Known Teams from other parts of the world, like TSKA Moscow, Barcelona and Maccabi Tel Aviv?

                        5. ESPN Presentation w/ shows like NBA Shootaround, and NBA Tonight, maybe even NBA Fastbreak w/ "live look-ins to games on nights when you're not playing.

                        6. 15 Man Rosters. Do you have the ability to choose your 12 active players before EVERY game, not the old system where if a person went on the IR for 5 games, they had to stay out at least that amount of time, even if they recovered before the 5 games are up.
                        Trey's Teams to Watch:

                        UCLA Bruins B-Ball
                        American Eagles B-Ball
                        LA Lakers
                        Arsenal Gunners

Re: NBA Live 07 Interview Questions

-Have you gone back to the Post Up controls which you had in Live 2005?

They had much better controls with the jukes and headfakes using the trigger (I believe it was right trigger).

Live 2006 took a major step back in their post game when you switched the controller configuration. The post moves in Live 2006 felt forced and controlled by the computer.

This is a huge aspect of the game.

-Why did you take out Instant Replays? Is it back in 2007? Just create a Frequency Slider (Low, Medium & High) as you've had in the past. It's awkward to control the replays yourself and more importantly, Instant Replays enhance the full game experience (not just replays of "Superstar" moves).

I still cant believe they took out instant replays (manual replays), thats been in every sports game since like 1997.
