In addition to these shots we’ve been pretty fortunate to have had the opportunity to bring in some NBA players into Mocap this year. Wade, Melo, Pau and Diaw have all come in and we’ve captured a number of their shots, dunks, lay-ups and free throw routines. So, when you’re playing with these guys when the game comes out, you are actually playing with them. When we are striving towards realism and authenticity we can’t get much closer than bringing in the actual players.
    Good news.

They just need to release some gameplay videos to show this off.

The guy from EA says they were able to mo-cap Wade, Melo, Pau and Diaw. And I think that we'll finally see some real gameplay footage because the guy says he's going give us more info on these things: Athletic Performance Initiative, Procedural Awareness, ANT, strategy, actions such as shots, dunks and rebounds, and Freestyle Superstars. Which are obviously going to have some type of visual example.

I wonder if Live will be similar to 2K7 in that the players not only have their own signature jumpshots, but also their own signature movesets and mannerisms? Because so far I'm getting the impression that Live only has the signature jumpshots and that's about it. Because after hearing about 2K7 having signature playing styles for each of the distiguishable players as well as their mannerisms (Nash licking his fingers, Lebron biting his fingernails, Kobe pumping his fist), it would really be a disservice to the overall authenticity of Live if they didnt' also include signature movesets/mannerisms.
