Are these videos from games played on a very low difficulty setting?

For instance, in the Sixers/Nuggets game the players are just running up and down the floor and basically scoring at will.

On a few possessions the defense mans up and tries to cover, but they generally fail and are easily blown past.

Lastly, were these released officially by EA? I ask, because I saw the same videos on MTV Games earlier this week.
