I think EA really messed up with the PC version of the game for 07 as I heard a rumor on another site that the computer never subs any of the players. They are also saying that there are no fatique sliders and that the point guards take about 70% of the shots in the game. If this is true than I just want the community here to know about this. This will render the game unplayable. This seems crazy, but when you consider EA's track record I tend to believe what I am hearing. Therefore, since I can not afford to make a mistake on buying the game it looks like I will be playing Live 2006 for another year.

They screwed the PC guys now hee....

It's not an issue for the 360 in fact I love the AI sub's. They make very realistic changes and it's not restricted to one posistion. By that I mean like today I saw Alonzo Mourning replace Haslem at PF and he played alongside Shaq because Haslem got into foul trouble early. So, Mourning is listed as center but his 2nd position is PF I believe and based on the Heat depth chart order they didn't go to their backup PF they went to Mourning instead which was great to see.

I got the xbox version. and it doesn't have a substitution option for CPU and fatigue effect. hmmm

I have the PC version, and yes there is a sub bug. It kinda sucks. Also, I did think I was the only one experiencing how often the opposing point guard shoots the ball, but that is apparent and evidently true as well.

Hopefully there is either a patch to remedy both of these things, or I can find a sim league to play on instead of trying to do a dynasty.

3rd did Live 06 have this problem? If not i'll try finding a copy instead.

I didn't mess with Live 06 for the PC last year, but from what I hear, it didnt have the same problem. The heads at NLSC are pretty upset about, often mentioning how EA constantly takes one step forward and two steps back.
