Graphically, both do a great job.
NBA 2k7 has the great cloth moevment and NBA Live has the great foot planting.
Animationwise however NBA live has not added much more to their tried and true(any any basketball game for that matter)stances or dribbling moves.
NBA 2k7 has though and i won't go any further than that..
Interfaces for both are horrible. the create a player in NBA 2k7 is garbage and the menus in NBA live 07 are confusing.
presentation is good on both though. NBA live 07 has the announcers and the lighting down but not the cameras.
Nba 2K7 does not have the lighting down nor the announcing down.
However if any us ever watched a televsed basketball game both games offer variations on those station broadcasts.
NBA 2k7's cameras adjusts themselves naturally while NBA Live 07's are VERY VERY spotty and in some cases jerky and unpleasent.
Player models look good on NBA 2k7 but only from a far
NBA Live's player models are very good but do not move well, animations HELP NBA 2k7 pull off the not so accurate body and face rmodels immensely.
NBA Live feels 50 percent done.
NBA 2k7 can not be tweaked anymore...
I spent 60 on NBA 2k7 and 50 on NBA Live 07.
NBA 2k7 is very complete for the money.
NBA Live is VERY good IF you felt like the editing and create a player was lacking on NBA 2k7 like I do.
For me the create a player SELLS me on NBA Live 07, it's just fun by itself.
I wanted to make Jordan and NBA 2k7 won't allow me to.tried it for HOURS>>>> no luck so I scooped up NBA Live 07 for the satisfaction.
needless to say it does THAT good.
